Lesson 3:  Sending a sticker to your student

Step 1: Going to your StickerBook

Your StickerBook allows you to choose stickers, write captions for them, and send them to students. You can also use it to view the complete sticker collection of any student.

To go to your Stickerbook, simply select "Stickerbook"  from the "Go To" dropdown menu on the top left of your screen:

Step 2: Choosing and sending the sticker

You can send stickers to students for all sorts of reasons (check out this guide if you need some ideas), but for this example, we'll send a "Welcome" sticker to your student.

First of all you need to choose who the sticker will go to. Select "Individual Student", and then choose the name of the recipient from the dropdown menu:

Click the "continue" button, and you will be taken to a screen that will allow you to browse through a collection of stickers. (Stickers are grouped into "collections" - eg. sports, animals, congratulations etc - to make it easier to find the sticker you need).

Click on the image for the "Welcome" collection (The "Welcome" collection is collection number 7). This will load a page with all the stickers that have a "Welcome" theme. Then all you have to do is choose the one you actually want to send by clicking on it.

Once you've clicked on your chosen sticker, the full sized image of the sticker will load. Having already selected the recipient, and chosen the sticker, all the remains now is to add a caption. Simply type it into the "Caption" field and click "Click Here to Send This Sticker":

ZAP! The sticker will appear instantly on your student's own webpage, and they will see it the next time they log in.

Every new sticker you add will then be permanently added to their own StickerBook, and they can admire (or show off!) their growing collection whenever they like.

We've put together a guide filled with great ideas for using your StickerBook here.

What's next?

Now that you've sent your student a sticker (this lesson) and a message (lesson 2), you'll probably want to see what things look like on your student's webpage. It's time to pay their page a visit - and experience what your studio website will mean for them at home.

Oooh! I'm so excited! How do I view my student's webpage?
