The first three student webpages at your PracticePage studio website are permanently free. Your teacher master webpage is also permanently free – there is no charge for simply adding students to your records.
Beyond that, there is a small $4 quarterly hosting fee for each new student webpage over and above those first three. This would be charged to your credit card, but you would recoup the cost in full by simply adding the fee to your student's account - much as you would for new books or workshop entry fees.
So it ends up costing you nothing, and ends up costing each student almost nothing.

Small studio
Teacher 1 has 10 students with their own webpage.
First three are free – that leaves 7 to pay for ($28 for the quarter)
You would add $4 to the invoices of each of those 7 students.
Total cost to you: $0
Total cost to each student: $4
Medium to large studio
Teacher 2 has 50 students with their own webpage
First three are free – that leaves 47 to pay for ($188 for the quarter)
You would add $4 to the invoices of each of those 47 students.
Total cost to you: $0
Total cost to each student: $4
In short, we wanted this to be easily affordable for all teachers, no matter how big or small their studio actually is. The annual cost to each student is designed to be around that of a standard music lesson.
